“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:24)

Hi everybody, happy Friday. I’m here at Best Practices in Phoenix. It’s a wonderful event with over 2,400 people gathered together, all working together to do what Hebrews 10: 24 says, which is to spur one another on, encourage one another on in good works and in love. This is some of the best people of our churches that are gathered together to do just that, to encourage one another, and to encourage one another in acts of good works and love for the sake of the Kingdom.

You know, that’s not something that just has to happen here in Phoenix. It’s something that we can do each and every day. And I pray that that verse would really speak to you today as you go into this weekend. Consider ways that you might be able to spur someone else on to an act of good work or to an act of love and remind them that The One who gives you this calling is The One who is the master of love. That is our Savior. Jesus.

Prayer
Lord Jesus, we thank You so much for Your love and for Your grace. And I thank You for Your church. I thank You for the encouragement that comes from the Saints. And would You help us not only to receive that encouragement this day, but to also encourage others? And I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen
